Upgrades
Thank you for your interest in the OpenLimit products! The Federal Network Agency has been constantly issuing new guidelines to ensure legal security within digital data transfer. The new client products from OpenLimit: OpenLimit CC Sign 2.5 and OpenLimit BatchSign25 2.5 comply with the current Safety Directives and apply the latest encryption algorithms. For highest security we strongly recommend to update your OpenLimit product.
Support Package
In addition to the product we recommend the Support Package, which we offer at a price of 19,90 € per annum. You will then be entitled to our technical support free of charge for one year in case any problem with the software may occur.
Important information:
Your license key stays valid and is needed for the installation. Ensure it is available before the uninstallation.
Short introduction: How to find your license key
The upgrade from version 2.x to version 2.5 is free of charge. An upgrade from a version 1.x to the current version 2.5 is not possible. In this case please order a new OpenLimit product.
To upgrade version 2.1.6.3 to 2.5.0.2 start the OL2502Combi.exe and uninstall - as proposed - the existing version.
With older versions, uninstall the software first. Afterwards, restart the computer and run the OL2502Combi.exe.
