Soft Certificate:

The application of the full range of functions of OpenLimit CC Sign and Batch25 requires either a functional signature card and a card reader or a soft certificate. In case you do not have a signature card and a card reader, it is possible to create your personal soft certificate in just a few easy steps. Your soft certificate will be generated by a Microsoft certificate storage.

Technical requirements:

  • Operating system: Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows Vista, new: also for Windows 7
  • Internet-Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer from version 5.01, Mozilla from version 1.6


Follow these steps to generate your personal soft certificate:

  • A corresponding trunk certificate should be installed in advance to ensure the reliability of the certificate. Please click here and select „Install“.
  • Afterwards you can download the soft certificate here. Please extract the zip file and then double-click on the test.pfx. The certificate will install itself into the corresponding certificate memory.
