First annual meeting E-File 2009 with OpenLimit
For the first time from November 19th to 20th, 2009 “Jahrestagung E-Akte”, an annual meeting with focus on electronic files, takes place in Baden-Wuerttemberg's federal state office in Berlin. In collaboration with Fujitsu Technology Solutions and the NetApp GmbH, OpenLimit demonstrates how public authorities and companies can store files electronically and in an evidentially secure manner for at least ten years in the future. The presentation especially focuses on both future-oriented OpenLimit products MigSafe and OverSign.
Thanks to their consistency, efficiency and transparency in the information management E-Files have gradually been replacing the traditional paper-based file management and therefore, have been reducing costs. From the digitalization of paper documents to their archiving, innovative technologies must be accordingly developed so that E-Files are adaptable to digital employee´s workflow by the use of an intelligent transfer. Within this context, the annual meeting E-File realizes a highly differentiated platform for the first time. Specialist and market forums offer participants the access to a producer-spanning overview of available technologies and solutions as well as legal and organizational frameworks, which are the prerequisites for efficiency increase and quality improvement.
