The following information is based on the information of shareholders, as well as on further information which is available to the company.
Pursuant to Section 21 ff. of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) shareholders are requested to notify the company and the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) when the amount of their voting rights reaches, exceeds or falls below specified thesholds (3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% or 75% of the voting rights.)
