Organization chart
The Board of Directors of the OpenLimit Holding AG, supported by Article 716a of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), is responsible for the superintendence and supervision of the entire corporate group. Management of the operational business of the OpenLimit Group, in accordance with Article 716b OR and the organizational regulations, lies in the hands of the company management. Since 2009 Marc Gurov has been CEO of OpenLimit.
The CEO and the department Corporate Affairs are located in Baar. The employees of the department Distribution & Marketing are strategically located at both branch offices. Production Development and Business Development are sited in Berlin. The organization is based on flat hierarchies and short decision ways. That way, efficient communication channels are guaranteed. As the management constantly travels between the two branch offices and holds weekly conference calls, both offices are closely connected although there is a geographic separation.
